Information collected
The assessment collects your contact details, residence and preferred language, the reported platform, estimated loss, payment method, incident date, description and available evidence types. It records your contact request, any separate marketing choice and their timestamps. Do not submit account credentials, full payment-card details or identity documents.
Purposes and legal basis
Information is used to respond to your request, review the circumstances and consider whether further services can be offered. The intended basis is steps taken at your request before a potential engagement, with separate consent for optional marketing. Security processing supports the legitimate interest in protecting the service.
Recipients and international processing
Access is restricted to authorised personnel. The service uses Sites hosting on Cloudflare. Submitted enquiries are sent to a private Google Sheet using Google Apps Script. The website database holds anti-spam counters and delivery markers, not new case records. When confirmation emails are enabled, Hostinger processes the recipient address and a receipt with the reference number; case descriptions are not included. Contact contact@ajsuisse.ch for information about service providers and the handling of your enquiry. No case narrative or documents are sent to advertising platforms by this website.
Retention
The draft in your browser tab expires after one hour and is cleared after successful submission. Cookie preferences expire after 180 days. Submitted enquiries remain in the restricted review record until removed by AJ. Contact contact@ajsuisse.ch to ask about retention of your record or to request deletion, subject to any applicable legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to certain processing. You may withdraw optional marketing or cookie consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Contact contact@ajsuisse.ch or use the registered address. You may also contact the competent supervisory authority, including the Swiss FDPIC.
